Your IT Plan. Our Technicians at the Site.

DeployNation provides IT field services across the United States. We send technicians to install equipment, replace hardware, check sites, and record what is there. You get hands at the site without sending your own staff. Your team stays in control, and we follow your plan.
Extend Your IT Team to More Locations
Your engineers cannot be at every office, store, warehouse, or customer site.
We handle approved physical tasks where you need help. Send the location, work steps, schedule, and skills needed. We match the job with a technician so your team can focus on its other work.
What Can an IT Field Technician Do?
Your project can include:
- Installing or replacing hardware
- Working in server rooms and network closets
- Checking sites before a project
- Counting equipment and checking asset records
- Tracing cables and checking connections
- Replacing wireless access points and accessories
- Helping your engineer find hardware problems
- Taking photos and recording device details
- Checking completed installations
- Finishing project checklists and reports
We review the tasks before scheduling so the technician’s skills fit the work.
IT Support for Your Project

Some jobs need a custom work plan. You might need us to:
- Check network equipment at several branches.
- Photograph a server room before an upgrade.
- Replace hardware at customer sites.
- Add technicians to a short term IT project.
Tell us what needs to happen. We build the site work around your requirements.
IT Site Surveys
Get the site details your engineers need before they plan an install.
Using your checklist, we can collect:
- Photos of server rooms, closets, and racks
- Equipment brands, models, and serial numbers
- Asset tags and equipment counts
- Open rack space and patch panel details
- Existing cable and power information
- Battery backup unit details
- Measurements and workstation counts
- Wireless access point locations
- Building access, parking, and loading details
Your team uses those records to plan the next step.
A Site Survey Built Around Your Needs
Tell us exactly what your engineers need to know.
You may need photos of every rack, switch model numbers, open rack space, or available patch panel ports. We follow your checklist and return the requested details.
You get information gathered for your project.
IT Equipment Audits and Inventory

Need to check what is really at a remote site? We compare physical equipment with your records and capture the details you need.
An inventory can include:
- Equipment type, brand, and model
- Serial number and asset tag
- Device name and rack location
- Physical condition and device status
- Connection details
- Photos and other required fields
We can repeat the same process across sites so your team gets consistent records.
Hardware Installation and Replacement
We install or replace approved hardware using your work steps.
Your team provides the equipment, instructions, approved work hours, and technical contacts. We complete the physical tasks and report the results.
For larger server or network equipment installs, see our Rack & Stack Services.
Work With Your Remote Engineer
Your engineer can guide our technician while the work happens.
They make the technical decisions. We check equipment, move approved connections, and carry out the physical steps at the site.
If live support for your engineer is the main task, see our Remote Hands Services.
Field Services for MSPs and IT Integrators
Need someone at a customer site outside your usual coverage area?
We support managed service providers (MSPs), IT integrators, and technology companies with:
- Customer installations and hardware swaps
- Site surveys and equipment audits
- Upgrades and computer refresh projects
- Branch office support
- Physical troubleshooting
- Final checks and project records
You manage the customer relationship and technical plan. We complete the approved site work.
IT Field Services for Businesses With Many Sites
Your central IT team may support locations that have no dedicated IT staff.
We provide physical help at offices, branches, warehouses, stores, and other sites. Your team can guide the task remotely while our technician checks equipment or completes the work.
One Time IT Technician Visits
Need help with one job at one site? We can review requests for:
- Site surveys and equipment checks
- Hardware installs or replacements
- Server room photos and records
- Network closet cleanup
- Equipment inventory
- Unfinished project tasks
- Physical troubleshooting support
Scheduling depends on the location, work, required skills, and technician availability.

Use one field service partner for projects across the United States.
We can coordinate technicians around the same work steps, photo requirements, and completion checklist. This helps your team get consistent results from different locations.
